Of McEwen, TN passed away Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Camden Health and Rehab Center in Camden, TN. He was born on December 3, 1949, to Virgil and Imogene Breeden.

For 30 years Charles dedicated his working life to the craft of roofing, a testament to his strong work ethic and commitment. He took pride not only in his work but also in the sense of community it fostered. Beyond his professional life, Charles found joy in the simple pleasures that brought light to his days. He loved playing the guitar, filling rooms with melody and warmth, and found solace and excitement in fishing.

Charles was a man of remarkable character, defined by his giving soul and unwavering commitment to helping others. Throughout his life, he was a beacon of kindness, always ready to lend a hand without hesitation. His generosity touched many lives, shaping a legacy of compassion that will be remembered by those fortunate enough to cross his path.

Graveside Services for Mr. Breeden will be conducted at 1:00pm Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Haley Cemetery in Waverly with Bro. William Brown officiating.

Interment will follow.
