Clyde Francis Adams

Mr. Clyde Francis Adams, age 82, of McEwen, TN, passed away Saturday, October 11, 2025, at TriStar Horizon Medical Center, in Dickson, TN. Mr. Adams was born November 14, 1942, in McEwen, TN, to Rube Clark Adams and Mary Elnora Street Adams. He was a veteran of the United States Army during the Cold War Era. He was a retired Heavy Equipment Transporter for Tennessee Valley Authority. Mr. Adams loved to travel, do yardwork, and football, especially the University of Tennessee Volunteers. He was a former Mayor for the City of McEwen and a former Director of McEwen Jr. Pro Football. He was looking forward to meeting his Jesus.

Visitation will be held Sunday, October 12, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again on Monday, October 13, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. until service time at Humphreys County Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, October 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., in the chapel of Humphreys County Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Eddings officiating.

Interment will follow at McEwen Cemetery in McEwen, TN.
