Edward “Eddie” Ray Johnson, age 76, of McEwen, TN, passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2025. Eddie Johnson was born April 9, 1949, in Waverly, TN, to John Edward Johnson and Mary Nell Larkin Johnson. He was married to Linda Jean Mallard Johnson. He was a veteran of the United States Army and served during the Vietnam War. Eddie worked and retired as an Equipment Mechanic for Tennessee Department of Transportation in McEwen, TN. He was an avid camper, fisherman, and he loved to tear things apart and “fix” them. He truly was the "Master Piddler!" Eddie was an avid motorcyclist. He loved to play his guitar and sing. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 12, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until funeral service time at Lighthouse Ministries Church, 31 Indian Creek Road, McEwen, TN.

Funeral Services will held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 12, 2025, at Lighthouse Ministries Church, with Bro. Dan Wade officiating.

Interment will follow at Johnson Cemetery on Old Blacktop Road in McEwen, TN.
