Janie Nicole King

Mrs. Janie “Nikki” Nicole King, age 36, of New Johnsonville, TN, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2026, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Nikki was born on September 6, 1990, to her parents, James Harold Morris and Christy Lynn Scheer Morris in Nashville, TN.

Nikki cherished nothing more than spending time with the people she loved. Her children meant the world to her, and some of her happiest moments were the ones spent laughing, making memories, and simply being together as a family.

Nikki had a fun-loving personality and loved telling jokes and making people laugh. She enjoyed watching The Price Is Right, having movie nights with her family, and going on vacations to make memories with those closest to her. She loved the thrill of riding four-wheelers with her husband and spending time hunting deer with her dad, creating special memories she would always hold close to her heart.

More than anything, Nikki loved her family. She found happiness in the little things, the laughter shared around the room, the adventures taken together, and the everyday moments that became lifelong memories. Her love for her family was evident in the time she spent with them and the joy she found in being by their side.

Nikki leaves behind memories, laughter, and love that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her. Though she will be deeply missed, the love she gave and the memories she created will live on through her family and everyone blessed enough to have known her. She will never be forgotten and will always hold a special place in the hearts of those who love her.

Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00pm Monday, October 12 and from 1:00pm until service time Tuesday, October 13 at Humphreys County Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Nikki will be conducted 2:00pm Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from the Chapel of Humphreys County Funeral Home with Pastor Janice Rudolph officiating.
