Mr. Kenneth Wayne “Kenny” Miller, age 60

Of Waverly, TN passed away Friday, May 22, 2026. He was born on April 4, 1966, in Waverly, TN to James and Osta Miller.

For 35 years, he dedicated his career to the Carpenters Union, where his skill and unwavering work ethic were hallmarks of his professional life. Alongside this, he owned and operated Miller's Home Maintenance, a testament of his commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Kenny was known by all who knew him for his "servant's heart." He possessed a genuine desire to help others, always ready to lend a hand or offer support whenever it was needed. This characteristic defined much of his life and left a lasting impression on his friends and family.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Kenny found great joy in outdoor activities. He loved kayaking, fishing, and camping—passions that allowed him to create cherished memories with family. His enthusiasm for working on vehicles was another of his beloved hobbies, where his hands-on skills and attention to detail shone brightly. Above all, the time he spent with his children and grandchildren was the source of his greatest happiness.

Kenny leaves behind a legacy of kindness, hard work, and devotion that will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him. His presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit endures in the many lives he touched.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00pm Sunday, May 24th and from 11:00am until service time Monday, May 25th at Humphreys County Funeral Home.

Funeral Services for Mr. Miller will be conducted at 1:00pm Monday, May 25, 2026, from the Chapel of Humphreys County Funeral Home with Pastor Alinda Bohanon officiating.

Interment will follow in Wheeler Town Cemetery.
