Mr. Randy Thomas Howell, age 69

Of Waverly, TN passed away Thursday, May 7, 2026, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He was born on October 26, 1956, in Detroit, Michigan.

Randy was truly a hands-on enthusiast, spending countless hours working on cars. A devoted Chevy man, his love for automobiles was more than a hobby—it was a lifelong dedication that he embraced with skill and pride. His garage was a sanctuary where he found peace and purpose, a place where his expertise and passion blossomed.

Beyond the vehicles that fascinated him, Randy found great joy in riding 4-wheelers and the excitement of Monster Truck Rallies. Perhaps most treasured were the moments he shared with his grandchildren at the creek. These peaceful times by the water were a reflection of his gentle nature and his deep love for family.

Randy will be remembered not only for his skills and interests but for the genuine enthusiasm he brought to everything he did. His legacy lives on in the memories of those who knew him and in the hearts of his family.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 8:00pm Monday, May 11th and from 9:00am until service time Tuesday, May 12th at Humphreys County Funeral Home.

Funeral Services for Mr. Howell will be conducted at 11:00am Tuesday, May 12, 2026, in the Humphreys County Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. William Brown officiating.

Interment will follow in Wheeler Town Cemetery in McEwen.
