Robert Thomas Hagood

Mr. Robert Thomas “Tommy” Hagood, age 68

Of Waverly, TN passed away Friday, July 17, 2026, at TriStar Summit Medical Center in Hermitage, TN. He was born on March 18, 1958, in Germany to Robert and Betty Hagood.

Tommy proudly served his country for 6 years in the United States Air Force before beginning a career as a machinist with Nemak in Dickson, Tennessee, where he dedicated more than 25 years of service before retiring. He was a faithful member of Waverly First Baptist Church and found great enjoyment in riding motorcycles. Tommy will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his commitment to his faith, and the joy he found on the open road.

Mr. Hagood’s wishes were to be cremated.
