Stephanie Rhea "Sandy" Clay

Stephanie “Sandy” Clay, age 58, of Waverly, TN, passed away on November 1, 2023, at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN.

Sandy was born on May 18, 1965, in Waverly, TN to parents, Robert Earl and Loretta Townsend Dreaden. She was a devoted mother and wife, and lover of all things sewing and adored time with her family.

Sandy is survived by her husband of 32 years, Todd Clay of Waverly, TN; two daughters, Haley Harrison (Reese) of Charlotte, TN and Candace Clay of Waverly, TN; sister, Carmon Ferrell (Michael) of Virginia; father, Robert Earl Dreaden of Waverly, TN; and many other loving family members and friends. She was predeceased by her daughter, Madeline Clay; and mother, Loretta Townsend Dreaden.

She will be missed for her witty personality and love for her family.
