Stephen Wayne Sneed

Mr. Stephen Wayne Sneed, age 68

Of Waverly, TN passed away Monday, June 29, 2026, at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN. He was born on March 30, 1958, in Nashville, TN.

Stephen was a devoted Boy Scouts leader while his boys were young, sharing his time and guidance with countless youth. He found great joy in gardening and spending time outdoors, where he was most at home. Known for his kindness and generosity, he often mowed the lawns of his neighbors, always willing to lend a helping hand and care for those around him.

The family’s wishes are for cremation.

Visitation will be held from 10:00am until service time Friday, July 24th at Hurricane Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in McEwen.

Memorial Services for Mr. Sneed will be conducted at 12:00pm Friday, July 24, 2026, at Hurricane Chapel Free Will Baptist Church with Bro. Kenneth Davis officiating.
