Mr. Wesley Matthew Freeman, age 48

Of Calhoun, GA passed away Sunday, June 28, 2026, in Georgia. He was born on March 9, 1978, in Calhoun, GA to Randy and Brenda Freeman.

Matthew was a member of the Pentecostal faith. He worked as a painter beginning in 1995, taking pride in his craft and dedication to his work. In his free time, he was an avid fisherman who found peace and enjoyment on the water.

Visitation will be held from 12:00pm until service time Tuesday, July 7th at Humphreys County Funeral Home.

Funeral Services for Mr. Freeman will be conducted at 3:00pm Tuesday, July 7, 2026, from the Chapel of Humphreys County Funeral Home with Pastor Janie Burkett officiating.

Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Erin.
